Data use boundary

Creator lists, video indexes, and comment files uploaded by users may contain homepage links, comment text, account identification, or other identifiable information. Please only upload data that has been legally authorized or allowed to be used for marketing review; the system will only analyze it for the current project and should not import private contact information, unauthorized private message content, or irrelevant personal sensitive information. Current 10 role review supplements: Before uploading, you must be prompted and asked to confirm that the user has the legal right to use the creator list, video and comment data; signal extraction must not be run without confirmation. ;Uploaded files must have field-level data dictionary, allowed fields, prohibited fields, sensitive fields pre-checking and minimization processing. ; By default, private email addresses, phone numbers, unauthorized private message contents, precise locations, sensitive information of minors, government documents, payment information and irrelevant personal sensitive information are blocked or required to be deleted. ; Model context and export reports use creator_id/video_id, summary evidence, and desensitized comments by default; unless necessary for business and authorized, do not display the full homepage URL, comment author account, or full text of the original comment. ; When deleting a project, you must specify the deletion or unavailability policy in the original uploaded files, derived records, exported snapshots, audit records, and backups; Exported local reports are not controlled by this site. ;Audits and logs must be desensitized, and no irrelevant personal sensitive information or complete comment text may be recorded.

RETENTION

Data retention

Project data is retained for 90 days by default; users can delete it early in project settings. After deletion, the site reports, signal records, matching results and review status will be removed from the available workspace, but the exported local reports are not controlled by the site.

Human responsibility and rollback

The output of CreatorFit AI is used as an influencer marketing screening aid and may misinterpret video context, sarcasm, editing, subtitles or comment meaning. The fit, risk labels and review suggestions given by the system are not final collaborative decisions and must be reviewed and used by those with brand strategy responsibilities.

Rollback only means revoking the brand context version, matching result status, review decision or report archiving status generated within this site; this product is not connected to external production systems, so rollback will not undo any changes in external social platforms, emails, CRM or collaborative communications.
